Vista Estate - Dragonfly House
Design Scout was thrilled to continue working with the incredible team on the new Boutique 'Vista' Estate in Terranora Northern NSW. This parcel of land is so unique with such scenic views we wanted to ensure the second home really captured the essence of the surrounding. This home was designed by the Fouche Architects. The home is shaped like two spanning wings that float. This project was rightly called "Dragonfly". After site visits and viewing the detail and finishes used in the home it became clear that reflective surfaces, pastel colours and luxurious velvets would help us to reinforce the Dragonfly house's story. Glass dining tables and pastel tone furniture all mirror the beautiful colours in the dragonfly wings. This home also felt like it was floating positioned on top a hill so the colours and materials used also work seamlessly with the incredible view.
